Belfasun™ the world’s first product capable of providing cotton wovens and knits with long-lasting UV protection on the basis of nanotechnology. And it is a protection that remains effective even on wet garments and utility textiles.

Belfasun™ treatments can impart a UV protection factor of between 40 and 80 depending on the amount of Belfasun™ applied and the construction and weight per m2 of the fabric involved. The level of UV protection must be individually tested.

Belfasun™ is particularly suitable for the treatment of sportswear, fashion textiles and children’s clothes. It is also ideal for all utility cotton textiles used in the manufacture of, for example, parasols, marquees and awnings.
