So, by launching our own training program under the roof of the Cognis College, we want to develop not only our performance but also our unique corporate culture. You know that we can only reach our ambitious goals by continuing to learn, and that is why we wish to invest in our managers. As a result of this, we launched the Sales Academy in 2008 providing special offers just for our Sales staff.

The College & Sales Academy offer corporate training programs to address our global and regional Management Development needs in line with our Cultural Principles. They are coordinated by Talent Management and adapted continuously. The College aims to improve Cognis’ performance through development of its managers and to foster a common company culture as expressed in our Cultural Principles.
