To create a stronger pool of talented people with the potential to take on future senior leadership roles in the growing Asian markets, a special management trainee program called GROW has been launched in the Cognis Asia Pacific Region.

 

GROWing from the grass roots up

As a globally operating company and employer in job markets around the world, Cognis maintains a diverse multicultural workforce. Therefore, the Cognis Asia Pacific Management Trainee Program GROW will introduce qualified individuals to Cognis business and environment. This program, offered in China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan, gives university graduates the opportunity to enter into a career that prepares them to be tomorrow's leaders.

Once selected, trainees can expect to participate in a structured program lasting 18 to 24 months, combining formal training with on-the-job work assignments in a variety of areas like manufacturing, supply chain and logistics management as well as in sales and marketing. The trainees will be challenged to develop a wide range of skills needed to function at an international management level.
